The COO will be appointed when the company is larger. This role will require goods sales, management, office based skills to manage the company operations effectively. The role also needs good knowledge of law, and administration. The COO will oversee sales managers and product listings managers who sell the BI services we offer and build the product listings. This is primarily an internal role and limited client work will be involved.

The role will be filled when the company is larger. The skills needed for this work will be good skills in accountancy, e-commerce transactions, ledgers, advanced accounting systems, data management, merchant services, and interfaces. The role also needs good skills in investments. The CFO will need to ensure we meet all compliance criteria and are able to grow effectively into new markets, such as the USA, EU, China.

This role will be filled when the venture is bigger. Key skills will be in the field of Big Data, Intelligent Systems, e-commerce, self-learning systems, and optimization. This is a demanding role and likely the role will be filled by a specialist. The role will require management of engineers, liaision with universities for specialist work, understanding research papers and working with new technologies.

This role requires someone to be very skilled in marketing, social media, press releases, payment systems online, market dynamics, old media (radio etc). This role will require management of sales staff and managing the client database. This will be a client-facing and a media-facing role. Good interpersonal skills will be needed. Also an understanding of global markets will help.
